I was a bit nervous about taking part in a group class but I’m really glad I did it. The class was brilliant. The instructors were really upbeat and motivating, there was a good variety of different exercises and the instructors were checking for form. I will definitely be back again.

I love Hilary’s no fuss approach (had me sweating during the warmup) but then also very supportive (easier option for each exercise). The atmosphere in the class was really bustling (Hilary brings good vibes and good tunes). I felt like all the mums were having a really good time and yet we were all focused on getting are exercises done. I am really feeling the workout today. I can’t wait for the next class next week!!
