see all reviewsI have attended several sound healing classes before, but I am truly impressed with Santiago’s session. The journey throughout this one-hour session, along with his guidance, is on another level. It allowed me to completely calm myself and release the heavy stress from an entire day of work. Thank you very much, will be back again! I would highly recommend everyone to experience Santiago’s class.

Turns out, I knew nothing. Enter hip-opening yoga on a hotel rooftop, where a deceptively peaceful-looking class turned into a slow, torturous unraveling of every tight muscle in my legs and back. The instructor? A vision of serenity—graceful, calm, and somehow able to guide a class of both seasoned yogis and stiff beginners (me) without missing a beat. Her soothing voice led us through poses that seemed innocent until I realized my hips were locked tighter than a bank vault. Each stretch was a battle between my willpower and my hamstrings, which screamed for mercy. For an hour, I balanced between pain and enlightenment. Every position hurt exactly where I needed it, like she could see into my soul (or at least my misaligned pelvis). But as much as I suffered, something magical happened—I left the class feeling taller, looser, and strangely euphoric. Maybe that’s just what survival feels like. And if all else fails, at least the Bangkok skyline was there as a reward—a breathtaking view to soften the existential crisis of discovering how immobile I truly am. 5/5 stars - I will return for more pain. Eventually.

see all reviewsFirst time trying Aerial Yoga. I had an enjoyable session with Kru Lek :) There were two people attending the class including me, felt like a private session, both of us were newbies so there was no rush and Kru Lek is skilled and patient with us. Love the affirmation at the end of the class and a cute little card as well. Thank you Kru Lek again for the new and amazing experience ka :)
