The environment she creates is so unique & I’ve never had a more peaceful class. The way she describes movement and the sensations you should feel is spectacular. There’s nothing better than taking this class after a long work day. If everyone took her class I think we’d achieve world peace lol. And this studio is wonderful - the owner Stacey is so encouraging, welcoming & fun. I always look forward to coming here.

see all reviewsThis has my favorite class by far…if you’re looking to get a truly impactful workout, go for it. I would say it’s a more intermediate class if you’re not into Pilates; otherwise, all levels should go with modifications. It was amazing!
