see all reviewsI saw someone review not liking this HIIT and style and I want to help correct that. This class was excellent. The first part is exactly that—HIIT focused ab workout which was row machine, wall balls, kettlebell swings and burpees. Which is descending reps from 21 to 3 which is designed to give your abs a workout while pushing cardio. Then the last part was straight up abs 4 rounds of 30 sets of toe taps, sit ups then heel touches. Which yes that’s a hell of a burn out but that’s exactly what you’d want to get results. I’m personally out of shape. Trying to get back into working out my muscles (I usually do ZYCLE class) and I loved it. I love the gym vibe and cleanliness. The coaches are all excellent. Highly recommend

It was a good, well-structured and clear class though and I got the physical workout I was looking for. Would attend different classes or free gym at this school again for sure. see all reviewsI took my first class at Uluwatu Collective and it was definitely a challenge, in the best way. We used barbells for clean and press, along with a variety of high-intensity exercises that pushed me outside my comfort zone. The coach was strict but super attentive, making sure everyone had proper form throughout. I consider myself relatively fit, but this class still tested my limits. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a serious workout in paradise!
