see all reviewsPure Barre Classic is a solid class and the staff at the Boston location are always so nice and welcoming. This is just a general comment about Pure Barre - I miss the intensity and energy of the “old days.” Teachers used to be very hands-on and really push you to your limits with specific adjustments and cues. Now it’s very hands off and everyone in the room could be doing the exercise a slightly different way (tube on ankle versus foot or different positions) and there are not always clarifications to make sure we are doing things correctly or getting the most out of each exercise.
