    First time at Form Society and I will definitely be back. It wasn't the easiest class as it was done in sets so by the end of each set i was barely pushing through but it was so worth it. Blair was an amazing instructor, really pushed us but also made us feel comfortable in altering things if we needed to. Keen to try out the other classes they offeršŸ‘

    I did the Fit HIT class which certainly gave me a good (sweaty) workout! Darren was great with weight recommendations, form adjustments and modifications for injuries. The class allowed you to work at your own ability with ongoing motivation from Darren to ensure you pushed yourself. I personally found the repetitiveness of each circuit to be a little bit much for my workout preferences and the gym was a little smaller and more dated than the super modern gyms I’m used to but nevertheless it didn’t impact the effectiveness of the workout (although I did find myself wishing there was aircon). The gym is in a great location for ease of accessibility and I enjoyed the typically ā€˜younger’ crowd compared to some of the other nearby gyms.

    The intensity level was great! Nathan gave clear instructions during the class. Despite being a first timer to this, he reminded us that it’s totally ok to take breaks if we couldn’t keep up which really helped me relax and enjoy the workout.     This was a gorgeous class. Loved Rhiannon's cueing - she balanced specific anatomy cues with humour and warmth. The class had options to accommodate a range of abilities (and I liked that I could find more intensity by incorporating more of Rhiannon's cues).     Really good guy on the front desk. I think one of the PTs. Showed me around made me feel right at home. Towel and fully loaded showers means less to carry if I go back too. Downstairs gym is decent enough and has a cage area for squats, deadlifts, pull ups, calisthenics type training. The option to use the upstairs area when no classes was a plus.

    the class is fun! but I don't recommend this for beginners because the pace is a bit fast, although coach Jefri is sensitive enough to pay a little attention to beginners (by reducing the weight string and correcting posture) but once again this class is filled with quite a lot of people so it's almost impossible to pay attention to the form of each person. So for beginners who are still struggling with form, it's better to take a slow paced and more detailed class.

    I saw someone review not liking this HIIT and style and I want to help correct that. This class was excellent. The first part is exactly that—HIIT focused ab workout which was row machine, wall balls, kettlebell swings and burpees. Which is descending reps from 21 to 3 which is designed to give your abs a workout while pushing cardio. Then the last part was straight up abs 4 rounds of 30 sets of toe taps, sit ups then heel touches. Which yes that’s a hell of a burn out but that’s exactly what you’d want to get results. I’m personally out of shape. Trying to get back into working out my muscles (I usually do ZYCLE class) and I loved it. I love the gym vibe and cleanliness. The coaches are all excellent. Highly recommend
