see all reviewsI did the Fit HIT class which certainly gave me a good (sweaty) workout! Darren was great with weight recommendations, form adjustments and modifications for injuries. The class allowed you to work at your own ability with ongoing motivation from Darren to ensure you pushed yourself. I personally found the repetitiveness of each circuit to be a little bit much for my workout preferences and the gym was a little smaller and more dated than the super modern gyms Iām used to but nevertheless it didnāt impact the effectiveness of the workout (although I did find myself wishing there was aircon). The gym is in a great location for ease of accessibility and I enjoyed the typically āyoungerā crowd compared to some of the other nearby gyms.

The class had options to accommodate a range of abilities (and I liked that I could find more intensity by incorporating more of Rhiannon's cues). The program was awesome - the sequence of shapes felt amazing. I will definitely be back!

Downstairs gym is decent enough and has a cage area for squats, deadlifts, pull ups, calisthenics type training. The option to use the upstairs area when no classes was a plus.

So for beginners who are still struggling with form, it's better to take a slow paced and more detailed class.

The instructor was an excellent guide through the poses explaining each one accurately and checking in on us to make sure we always felt comfortable. They were knowledgeable and attentive, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. However, the toilet could use a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness. Still, overall a good experience. Iām completely unfit and sometimes these gyms can look intimidating, but the N Sydney gym was very friendly and encouraging. Plenty of opportunity during the session to check form and provide advice and had a really tough workout in a welcoming environment. Definitely now my go to for HIT.

see all reviewsI saw someone review not liking this HIIT and style and I want to help correct that. This class was excellent. The first part is exactly thatāHIIT focused ab workout which was row machine, wall balls, kettlebell swings and burpees. Which is descending reps from 21 to 3 which is designed to give your abs a workout while pushing cardio. Then the last part was straight up abs 4 rounds of 30 sets of toe taps, sit ups then heel touches. Which yes thatās a hell of a burn out but thatās exactly what youād want to get results. Iām personally out of shape. Trying to get back into working out my muscles (I usually do ZYCLE class) and I loved it. I love the gym vibe and cleanliness. The coaches are all excellent. Highly recommend
