see all reviewsGreat class, happy to have Shannon in Austin and will definitely return to her classes! Loved her energy and music! Classes have been quite full lately and have felt squished. It would be great if the instructors could take a more active role in spacing people out, especially when we come to the center of the room for exercises. For example, asking people to form a certain number of rows and staggering people a bit, or having people put out their arms to check their spacing before we start moving. It doesn't seem that just asking people to make sure they're spaced out is effective. This is the third class over the past few weeks where it's felt hard not to hit/get hit by my neighbors, and it makes it difficult to get the most out of the exercises.

see all reviewsI love this facility a lot. The room the Pilates class is in is so calming and beautiful. Loved the class & instructor was lovely. My only feedback is the instructor seemed unsure of certain aspects of the class (trampoline) which was actually my favorite part !! I know it may have been difficult for others but it was the part I had most fun in whereas other aspects I struggled with and other members were more comfy. I guess I’d encourage other instructors to keep that part of the class even if it’s unusual bc it’s a good exercise and is a nice change of pace. Excellent experience overall ❤️

She’s not too woo-woo but still very knowledgeable, and her class is challenging but encouraging of modifications. I love how diverse her classes are — lots ages and body types. The instructor was very passionate but it’s hard to hear so much instruction at once. Just describe the exercise while demoing it then give us a countdown to do it.
