see all reviewsI’ve tried a couple of different places for their infrared saunas and Sala could definitely do these few things to elevate the experience. Providing a towel would be good start (they did give me one because I didn’t know). The infrared sauna also has a default light, even with the lights switched off, still was a bit harsh. No electrolytes or cold bottled water, but you can get tap water before you go in. I did like the iPad connected to Spotify already, so no need to connect our phones for the Bluetooth speakers. With these minor improvements, this would step up the experience. Friendly staff, thank you.

Although it was my first time at this studio, I immediately felt welcome, was offered electrolyte water and got a tour of the facilities. Such an awesome space - also love the Bluetooth speakers in the sauna, game changer! I’m going to come back and try the contrast and functional rooms!
