    Liz was a great teacher! Very informative and gave great cues. The class was a true sculpt - combined resistance bands with weights and traditional yoga asanas. It was a really great workout, I’ll definitely be back!

    Intimate 2 mat personal training session with a super talented & kind trainer, Jess! Our 1 hour class focused on a full body, dumbell & ankle weight workout. We did arms, lower body, and core plus started with a warm up and cardio burst then cool down at the end. Jess was super accommodating and it was a very well rounded workout, I’d definitely recommend to anyone!
