    The Les Mills bodypump workout is the best! Challenging, effective, customizable, and makes the most out of the hour! The music isn’t too great, but I think it’s specific to Les Mills and the beats are supposed to match the exercises you’re doing.

    Marina is a great, encouraging and friendly instructor. Mats are provided but I didn’t see that in the ClassPass details. It was a mix of Barre, Pilates, And yoga I would say. Not your typical Pilates class but very fun and a good low intensity, strength building class.

    HIIT Class

    Rod is the best personal fitness instructor I have ever had! He is fully focused on quality of his services. He first corrects on form (very few instructors do this in the same thoughtful way) and then meets you where you are but then pushes you to find strength you didn’t even realize. Each class is personalized for the group and then to you. His studio is clean and he has water and protein bars available always thinking of his students. I don’t leave class just stronger physically but mentally. He is doing fitness right!
