see all reviewsThe class is great especially the fact that it was a small group and the trainer was able to go ahead and help us with our movements. We did upper body and some ab work I do want to come back again and see how their lower body class is since my upper body really was a great class. Plenty of parking because it is small they do have you wait in a small lobby in the back before you go in for the class.
