Stretch & Flow
see all reviewsFlow portion made me sweat but I enjoyed every bit of it! Stretch was good too. Instructor says "please" and this was probably why I pushed myself further in class HAHA. He also encourages us to take the pose to a level that we're comfortable with instead of pushing too far.

see all reviewsFirst class with Megan, and I would say she's one of the better teachers at YM. Class was well planned with a good mix of postures and a lot of options to adjust them to your personal practice level. Lots of opportunities to practice more advanced skills. I don't think I have been to a class with as many arm balance and inversion poses as this one - crow, EPK, dragonfly, side crow, pincha, headstand, tripod and even a chance to have a go at handstands! Obviously, it is quite an intense class, but perfect for more advanced yogis who are looking for a challenge.

see all reviewsAnother invigorating practice with Joey! Instructor incorporates a good balance of strength and mobility in her sequences. While the poses are not easy (be prepared to sweat buckets), Joey provides clear guidance and adjustments to all. Also appreciate that she makes the effort to remember everyone’s names! It’s a great community if you wish to begin your yoga journey or deepen your practice.

I always feel refresh and good after his class! He's also friendly and keen to share his knowledge with us! Thank you!!

see all reviewsA great basics class – it’s well-paced yet challenging for beginners (but not to the extent where it’s completely unachievable). Kelsey was not only clear in communicating the movements but also went around the class to correct everyone’s form. As it’s a fairly small class (about 6–7 people), she was also able to keep an eye out for everyone and would encourage the participants to better their form. Minor suggestions: 1) to have little water breaks so we can hydrate up; 2) the room can be hotter, didn’t really sweat much.
