Loved how the trainer (coach) stays in the room and corrects form and encourages you. The training area needs a good cleaning. The turf areas are beaten down and slippery; need to be replaced. The space is tight with a good amount of weights on the floor in groupings for people to use. Overall, enjoyed the class and will come back.

Took the intermediate stretch class here the next day and I loved how deep into stretching we got with a slight core workout. I left feeling so great and a lot less tense.
