    The Tokyo Disco class, which is upper/lower body strength training in a circuit format, was really fun and the perfect challenge. Loved how the trainer (coach) stays in the room and corrects form and encourages you. The training area needs a good cleaning. The turf areas are beaten down and slippery; need to be replaced. The space is tight with a good amount of weights on the floor in groupings for people to use. Overall, enjoyed the class and will come back.

    This class was amazing! Took a beginners class the day before at a different studio and didn’t feel completely satisfied. Took the intermediate stretch class here the next day and I loved how deep into stretching we got with a slight core workout. I left feeling so great and a lot less tense. I would definitely come back again! 😄 for never doing Pilates the intermediate class was still great for beginners. Who are looking for more of a challenge.

    Everything! Isabel is the Mon teacher and was subbing. She welcomed everyone and knows her Zumba. Unlike me! I am a beginner and she was not bothered by my modifications. I had fun even with my limitations. Other ladies in the class were good and focused on their own workout. The music was a mix and some ladies put in requests. Cumbia? Super fun music and group.     Highly recommend this class if you're looking for a challenging full body workout! This included a short warm up followed by circuit training at 4 different stations. We had 8 minutes at each station and 2 minutes of rest in between switching stations. Each station had 4 exercises that targeted different muscle groups. I like that we can pick our own weights and go at our own pace. I'm feeling happily sore!
