see all reviewsI have a love-hate relationship with working out. So the last time I was doing Pilates was almost a year ago. It was great to get started again and it was a nice class for beginners. The only remark I have, which I also mentioned afterwards to the receptionist, is that the reformer machine I was working out on is positioned too close to the next which doesn’t give us a full range of motion when working out with the straps on arms or legs. You touch each other’s straps or machine during the workout making it hard to complete the exercise.

Small suggestion to be the studio - it isn't obvious that 'BYB' means 'bring your baby' so I only found this class because a student of mine recommended it to me, more postpartum mums might find it with the 'bring your baby' spelled out! She also helped me with extra questions I had on which weights to use, and gave advice on alternative exercises/variations. Everyone was able to go at their own pace during the 8 minute internals, which worked really well.

She actually make sure to greet each of her pupils. The class itself is in the sun with some people watching as hotel residents having breakfast. You face the urban city lake most of the time and it’s just the perfect atmosphere and activity to bring in your Sunday/end the week. Props are only used a few times and music is like dance tempo blasting the whole nine yards. Double mat up as it’s moderate to high intensity. Can be a tad windy. Shame this is her last class of the month! It’s the first few teachers after 10 or so I’d come back for.

Als in je staat niet te lang stil en je hoeft niet extreem lang zelf te bewegen waardoor je niet meer op techniek kan letten. Ook loopt Anas goed rond en geeft hij tips. Je merkt dat zijn lessen voorbereid zijn!
