She is also genuinely passionate about the topic which makes the healing even more profound. “Just one feedback:” I think the Q&A part at the end must be optional for the ones who need to stay. Since it’s an extremely deep session, I would have preferred to get some quite time or talk to in person. I really didn’t feel ready to listen somebody else’s questions, but at the same time felt having to stay out of respect to her. Thanks!

see all reviewsYogaspot heeft vanaf moment 1 een hele rustige sfeer. De docent groet iedereen stuk voor stuk en vraagt of er dingen zijn waar rekening mee gehouden moet worden. Tijdens de les houdt zij goed in de gaten of iedereen de oefeningen op de juiste manier doet. Het is een pittige les die geschikt is voor pilateskenners, maar ook beginners!

The space is cosy that invites you be relaxed. The only improvement I would say is that I wish the class was longer :)
