I did both manicure & pedicure at the same time but just booked any random available slot through Classpass. There’s also 2 free designated parking spots for POSH customers in front of the store so park there instead if it’s available. The shop is located behind Wolf & Turtle.

I was about 10mins late but they were still accommodative. Front desk staff and my masseuse Hayati’s service were both great. Ambience was very pleasing. I liked that Hayati checked on me during the massage on the massage pressure and room temp. Before your massage, they let you choose your scent, music, and oil. After massage you are served herbal tea. Would come here again.

Followed by the aesthetic salon opened in Hartamas, now they’ve opened Latelle Nail Spa in KLCC. I got an mazing result for my male manicure, very neat and careful job by their master. Lovely ambience, amazing interior on the high floor with a great view, coffee tea, healthy sweets, big TV so you are never bored, attentive and professional staff - all is just a TOP class service!
