The masseur even went above and beyond by providing me w additional massage stretching. From the front desk service to the overall facilities, I give this spa a perfect 10 out of 10 rating. Unfortunately due to ongoing renovations, we couldn't try then Onsen:( - a feature I was particularly looking forward to. (Available next month onwards). So it was uncomfortable when I was told to lie down on my sides so that the masseur could massage my back. Massage was also not balanced, one side was done more than the other side. Probably because she did too long on one side and then when it was time to do the other side she realised whoops time is running out. It was a bit of a stressful experience. I would suggest getting a full body massage.

Room was clean and also very pleasant. my therapist Lala, asked about my pressure preference and even added abit of natural lemongrass balm for mu shoulders during the session. Definitely will rebook for another session.

Today’s session ended way too earlier as it should be, then I asked receptionist whether this is the practice so I have to choose an earlier session to enjoy the full 90 minutes. (This doesn’t not happened in TTDI branch) The answer is yes, so I guess I would not recommend to take the last session of the day, you only enjoy like 70 mins then therapist started the hot towel alrdy).

But she was noticeably not feeling well and was trying to stifle her cough and runny nose despite the room being warm and a bit stuffy. Her strength waned as the massage proceeded. Hope the management can let their therapists go home and rest early if they are unwell next time to take better care of their workers and for a more comfortable experience for customers.
