see all reviewsWOO an amazing class!! This was the toughest yoga class I’ve ever taken so far. I haven’t taken many in person and did a lot at home but still! This was very intense and I failed sometimes but I could really feel my muscles strengthening. I was dripping with sweat. This was my second class I’ve taken here so far and I love this place and the instructor!! Would highly recommend. Just finished the class rn and I feel great.
