This is my favorite class ever! It’s just a unique workout!
ZeSa Power with Cindy
Great workout and you can always challenge yourself by changing your activator level
Response from the studio:
Thank you for your feedback and you're 100% right about moving up in Activator levels to increase your challenge!

This was a unique workout. If you have challenges with balance, this would be a difficult class.
Response from the studio:
Thanks for the review and feedback! You're definitely right that it does challenge your balance, and also helps improve it. If you decide to come back and try another class (and we certainly hope you do) we think you'll find that, while it's always a challenging class, it'll feel a bit easier balance wise the second time around.

Lexi was a great teacher and I enjoyed the Zesa workout! Unique equipment that challenges and works out the whole body. I would’ve liked more of an up tempo playlist though.

Cindy was an awesome instructor, we will be back!
ZeSa Power with Lexi
Great workout. Most of the class involves alternating standing on one leg while on an uneven ball. If you don’t have good balance, this class would be difficult. Great and encouraging trainer.
