Mask-wearing policies
In accordance with NYS rules, masks are no longer required. The CDC recommends that unvaccinated individuals wear masks.
Ventilation system
We have a brand new HVAC system, we purge the air in the room multiple times during class and in between classes, as well as air purifiers throughout the studio to encourage air flow.
Equipment policies
Mat and towels are available for rental for $3 each and we ask that you wipe rented mats down after you practice, and before we further sanitize them. Shower towels are available for rental for $2 each as well.
