Pilates for Core Strength~ Pilates Mat classes with Amie: With an emphasis on alignment and breath, this class teaches the fundamentals of the Pilates method mat work. The full body workout aims to teach correct muscle recruitment to increase power and to ease the stress poor movement patterns can cause. To develop a uniformly balanced body the movement sequences build strength from the inside out and increase flexibility. Open to all levels.

Love the location and the studio. While I found the class and instructor to be enjoyable, however, she gave me some individual instructions that seemed to run contrary to what I've learned in other classes about proper alignment.

Teacher was very nice but class was super short- I was back in my car within 50 minutes. It said it was 1 hour class. Also, note I wouldnt call this a workout if thats what you are looking for. Spinal stretching and a few core things, but certainly not a workout. Definitely good for beginners or if you want something super light-not a full on workout.
