In Slow Flow Beats you’ll move through a slower paced vinyasa flow class and have a chance to connect, align and recharge your body, mind and soul. This class is heated to 85+ degrees and is accompanied by chill music and mood lighting for evening classes. All levels are welcome, first-timers and seasoned yogis alike!

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Slightly form fitting clothes are best. Baggy clothes tend to hinder your practice. Mats, towels and water bottles are recommended. Mats and towels are available for rent at the studio. *Please arrive 15 minutes early to be sure your spot!*

How to get there

Yoga One is located at 2230 Park Road in Charlotte, North Carolina. Arrive Early! First Come, First Served Yoga One classroom reservations operate on a first come, first served basis. Clients who reserve their spot online must sign into class at the front desk at least 5 minutes before the start of class to keep their reservation. If a class is full 5 minutes before the beginning of class, any online reservations that have not checked in at the front desk will be returned as an account credit and removed from class.

Awesome class! The instructor, Elizabeth, was sweet and Ashley was walking around helping with poses and she was patient. Although this was my first yoga class I felt comfortable.

The best yoga class Ive taken in a while. I love hot yoga but this would be a great class for someone who is new to it. Gently heated with a good speed. Great flow series!

What is ClassPass?
