Vin-Yin with Madelyn
Really amazing class. I enjoyed the flow, it incorporated a lot of core work as well as everything else and it was a good balance to the yin portion. The instructor also set a nice intention for the flow and brought us back to it throughout the class. She was super personable and calming. Def recommend this class.

Amazing. Love this place
Vin-Yin with Betsy
It felt more like a flow class than yin/restorative. Not a bad class though more balance in styles needed.

Studio was a little cold and is not convenient if you're driving. Very nice instructor.
Vin-Yin with Amanda
This was the best yoga experience I've ever had. Amanda made it exact to what I like and need for my body. The class was a perfect balance of yoga, then stretching. Amanda also dove in a bit deeper and helped me work on breathing techniques, meditation, and she gave me some reiki advice. Highly recommend this class!

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move. If you like to wear shorts, just keep in mind that you might be on your back at times with your legs spread in the air, so make choices that will keep you comfortable. Yoga is done without shoes or socks. You can also bring a water bottle, a hand towel (to help with gripping your mat) and your own yoga mat. Yoga mats are available to borrow as well.

How to get there

The studio is located in the historic Ghost Building, right across 18th Street from the 10th Circuit Courthouse and right across Stout Street from the Marriott City Center, directly on the Light Rail Line. The doors the building are open 20 minutes before class. Use the right door and push down before you pull open, the door sticks, and you can take the elevators or stairs down to find the studio to the left.
