About this class
Xtend Barre is a fast-paced, 55-minute full body immersion that fuses dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre to give you a chiseled body, fast. The method creates longer, leaner dancer-like bodies by incorporating strength, flexibility and endurance into one complete workout. This total body workout serves to strengthen, lengthen and stretch the body giving you stronger abdominal and back muscles, toned arms, sculpted thighs and a lifted derriere. Greater body awareness and improved posture will follow.

How to prepare
All you need for your first class at Xtend Barre Perth is a water bottle, comfy workout gear and a pair of grip socks. Grip socks can be purchased from the studio for $20 or bring your own. A new client form will need to be signed before your first class, please allow an extra five minutes to sort out the paperwork and to be introduced to your instructor who will give you a quick tour of the studio and set you up for class.
How to get there
Xtend Barre is located between Wellington and Murray Street, within 800m walking distance from the underground train station. Street parking within designated areas is free Monday to Saturday before 8am and after 6pm. Sunday is free before 12pm and after 6pm. Loading zones are not considered designated areas at any time. Closest paid parking is at His Majesties carpark, entrance on Murray Street. If you don't mind a short walk, the Elder Street carpark has cheaper mid week rates.
