The studio recommends clients wear toe-sox. They can be purchased in their Whole Body Method Store. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pregnant women in our Pilates classes.

Overall, really great class. The instructor was very hands on with corrections, paced the class perfectly and i felt like i got a great workout.

I had a great workout with Jennifer! She was professional and very interactive, she had no problem showing you and guiding you every step of the way. This was only my second time doing pilates and Jennifer was a great teacher!

What is ClassPass?
