About this class

The first 15 — Your fifteen minute warm up will get your blood pumping with a complete range of exercises including stretching, jogging, calisthenics, jumping, lunging and squats. You will get ready to hit the bag. 30 minutes on the bag — The bulk of your workout is set up in 3 minute rounds that include basic boxing and kickboxing combinations followed by a 1 minute “active rest.” This gives you a break, while keeping your heart rate up. The last 15 — You’ll use work out gear and body resistance to strengthen your core and sculpt your body. Cool down with floor work and toning exercises.

How to prepare

Gloves are provided for your first class, but following you must purchase them at the studio or bring your own. Wraps are required and are available to purchase for $10. Please arrive 30 minutes early to your first class with us. We have a men's and women's locker room that have lockers and 5 showers each. Ask for a key from the front desk.

How to get there

We are tucked away on the first floor of the office building in the Whole Foods shopping center. We are a few doors down from Brixx Pizza and Hot Yoga. There is plenty of parking.

Always love coming here but this particular class the trainers made you think of your own combinations so many times. While its fun to freestyle every once in a while they did it literally so many times and I just feel like it was just an easy choice for them instead of actually making it up. Not my favorite

Jeff was the best instructor Ive had among the area gyms. He moves all around the class so everyone can clearly see and understand the combos. He teaches technique really well, I am pretty new to boxing and this was a breakthrough class for me, I learned a lot!

What is ClassPass?
