Double check the equipment requirements for your class. Regular workout clothes are fine. Boxing shoes (wrestling shoes work) are recommended, but not required.

Not as good of a workout as when Paul Wade teaches. Too much teaching and standing around.

Tough Love with Paul
Great workout but not a beginners class. Instructor was super helpful, but a touch annoyed I hadnt taken an intro class. Should have other classes listed that are preps. Would recommend to someone looking to learn how to box. Not for someone just trying to get in some cardio (me) . Front desk also very accommodating.
Response from the studio:
Thanks for the feedback! We definitely recommend that all clients take our Beginner Boxing class before taking any other class. Hope to see you again!

Tough Love with Paul
Great class, amazing non stop action. Instructor was very in tune with the class, made it fun while pushing us to the limit.
Tough Love with Paul
Loved the pace of the class, very fast, nonstop movement for an hour. Paul is a great instructor, takes time to explain things and keep the class motivated.
