Love switching stances constantly to make sure you're working out both sides of your body equally!
Old School Boxing with Ed
Ed was amazing! Great workout and good pointers :)
Old School Boxing with Ed
For this class, Ed put a sign above each heavy bag that listed out a different combination, and we spent most of the time moving around the gym and working on different combinations. Ed threw in a ton of cardio and core work throughout the class. Highly recommended!
Old School Boxing with Annika
Jump rope rental $3 annoying af cause we didn't even use them in class.... Tough class but super fun! Ok if you're a beginner and really is good for all levels.
Response from the studio:
Thanks for your feedback! I'm sorry about the jump rope rental. If you'd like to enjoy a complimentary class, just mention this interchange, and I'd be happy to turn this experience around for you. - Lucas @ the Front Desk
Old School Boxing with Ed
Good workout, but we didn't even put on our gloves until the last 15 minutes of the class. The first 45 min was circuit training with various stations, but it was extremely chaotic and disorganized.
Response from the studio:
Thanks for taking the time to review your class. I'm sorry for the negative experience you had, and even though this was a while ago, I would love to make it up to you. Just mention this interchange when you call or email us, and I'd be happy to set you up for a complimentary class! - Lucas @ the front desk
