Classic heavy bag boxing, mat-based strength drills, and old-school grit. This class is different every time and may include switching stances, pushups and planks, multiple punch combinations, dumbbells, and medicine balls. Equipment needed: jump rope, wraps, and gloves Prerequisite info: You must have taken our Beginner's Boxing class before signing up for this class.

How to prepare

If it's your first time at 3rd Street, you MUST sign a waiver at the front desk! NEW TO BOXING? You are REQUIRED to take our Beginner Boxing class before signing up for any other boxing class. EQUIPMENT IS NOT INCLUDED with your ClassPass reservation. Bring your own or rent/buy at the front desk. Double check the equipment requirements for your class. Regular workout clothes are fine. Boxing shoes (wrestling shoes work) are recommended, but not required.

How to get there

Located at 2576 3rd Street in San Francisco's historic Dogpatch neighborhood, between 22nd and 23rd Streets. Street parking only. Readily accessible via the Muni T Line.

What is ClassPass?
