Great class for learning the basics AND still sweat.
Beginner Boxing with Dennis
beginners class is FREE online, do not book through CP. Class was too large for the one instructor. Didn't get my heart rate up, not a good workout.

Amazing work out!
Beginner Boxing with Tope
Jump roping, squats, and core exercise so you are sufficiently sweaty before learning basic boxing. Definitely a good workout!
Beginner Boxing with Bonnie
Not a workout, focuses on technique
Beginner Boxing with Bonnie
This is a great beginner class for people interested in boxing!
Beginner Boxing with Tope
First half was more cardio/conditioning and the second half was more technique based. Tope is super nice and helps you out individually when doing drills. I learned a lot and really enjoyed the class!
