Good technical training but it's Free if you sign up through them for this class. Classpass rips you off and takes credits.
Response from the studio:
We try to make it as clear as possible everywhere on our website, social media, etc that our first Beginner Boxing class is free! So yes, definitely book it directly through us and then use your credits on following classes :)

Beginner Boxing with Tracey
Great workout. Never thought boxing could be that fun!
Beginner Boxing with Adrian
Adrian was such a great teacher! This was my 2nd class boxing ever.. 1st time attending this studio. It was AMAZING!!! There wS a good mix of men AND women! The beginners class is good to get the basics down .. counting.. knowing the proper pose & punching system. We did many drills and exercises for cardio such as running around the gym, sit ups, abs, planks, push ups, Burpies, mountain climbers etc. YOU WILL SWEAT!!
Beginner Boxing with Dennis
Loved this class! Perfect pace and Dennis did a great job at breaking everything down for everyone. He even walked down and corrected everyones form 1 by 1. Environment and culture is awesome too :) Ill definitely be coming back
Beginner Boxing with Dennis
Awesome gym and great instructors!
Beginner Boxing with Lenny
Go to this class if youre actually interested in learning how to box. Its not a workout but its a great intro to boxing course that will set you up for their other classes. Lenny is super passionate about boxing and fun to learn from.
Beginner Boxing with Lenny
Fun and informative. Will take more classes.
Beginner Boxing with Dennis
The beginner class was not a workout at all. It was going through steps and type of punches the entire class. In comparison to other beginner boxing classes I didn't sweat one bit.
Response from the studio:
Thanks for the feedback - will definitely pass this along to Dennis to make sure clients are getting their sweat on in addition to the vital technique covered in this class!
Beginner Boxing with Dennis
I didn't get to hit anything
Response from the studio:
Hi there! Keep in mind that the Beginner Boxing class is for learning the proper stance and punch numbering system before taking any other class. This ensures you have a handle on proper technique so you don't injure yourself or others! Come back to any other boxing class and you will be sure to hit something :)
