About this class

You bring the fuel, we'll bring the fire! You can feel sore tomorrow or you can feel sorry tomorrow. You choose. STRONG is a group workout that delivers total-body fitness with an emphasis on getting STRONG. Experienced coaches lead you through a comprehensive training program designed by Head Coach Amber Goppert, NIKE trainer and owner of The Training Room. Each workout is broken down into three components – SKILL to enhance movement, STRENGTH to increase functional strength, and METABOLIC CONDITIONING to improve your overall fitness. Every STRONG workout challenges you at your personal level of fitness.

How to prepare

Please wear running shoes and/or trainers and bring a water bottle. We will insure that you're properly warmed up!

How to get there

If you're walking or riding your bike, we're located on the belt line between Piedmont Park and Ponce City Market. (Right behind Whole Foods and up the hill!)

If you go all the time this may not be a problem, but for newer people a tad bit more instruction on formatting would be good. Otherwise, really great workout and great attention to detail/form!

Absolutely loved this class. Great focus on strength with some accessory work and 10 minutes of conditioning at the end. I will be back for sure! Give yourself some extra time to park in case you drive right by it like me. Bear in mind this is an advanced class- you should have an idea of what you’re capable of squatting/deadlifting/etc before you go.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
