About this class

Restorative yoga is the perfect balance to your ever-moving life, allowing you body and mind to truly reset and refined your elevated baseline. We extend the gentle warm-up and the luscious wind-down from the power vinyasa classes to span the entire class to you're unwound and spacious. The experience of the class is soothing and opening as we let the body release deeply into both the breath and comfy props.Sound sessions aim to facilitate changes in our brainwave patterns through the process of entrainment. Entrainment synchronizes our fluctuating brainwaves by providing a stable frequency in which the brain can attune to. By using rhythm and frequency, it then becomes possible to down-shift our normal beta state (normal waking consciousne

This class had the wrong title. I was expecting restorative, but ended up being a fast-paced, tough class.
Restorative Yoga + Aromatherapy with Emily
I wish there was a bit more stretching in this class. I was basically just lying down the whole time, which I suppose could be nice for some people who want just that. Personally, I was looking for relaxation + gentle stretching, but I didnt really get that from this class. It was much more restorative than I expected.

way too crowded

LOVED the stretches in this class and the theme of spring she wove into the class ! Lots of excellent hip openers like knee over knee (cow face pose?) and using the bolster for pigeon I would love to do these in every yoga class ever

Wasnt aromatherapy they just put one oil in our hand
Restorative Yoga + Aromatherapy with Emily
During one of our stretches the instructor went around the class (less than a dozen students) and was using oils and helping with the pose. She seemed to stop short at the person next to me as we were switching sides of our pose and I assumed she would resume win the last few of us who had not yet received oils or any hands on assistance. The instructor never returned to the last 3 of us to use oils in our practice. I specifically signed up for this class for the use of oils and did not get anything and it was very disappointing.
