Great class for those who want to some flow while pregnant. All prenatal classes at the Pad have been great
Prenatal Power Yoga with Alexandra
Wonderful for the person looking for a relaxing class focused on stretching and connecting with other moms. Doesnt match description of power yoga for the person looking to sweat.
Prenatal Power Yoga with Bryant
So welcoming and Bryant is great. Not too much of a Power class, but gives a great stretch and modification options.
Prenatal Power Yoga with Nicole
Much too crowded!
Prenatal Power Yoga with Rebecca
This is one of my favorite prenatal classes, but the studio tends to get pretty warm.
