About this class

Level 2/3 classes allow you to uplevel your practice. We strongly recommend that you have been practicing yoga for a minimum of one year and that you are very familiar with sun salutations and all associated postures or asanas. Experience a combination of faster flows and longer holds and explore more advanced posture variations. In this class you will have the opportunity to dive deeper into the practice. How to prepare

Bring a yoga mat and towel and reusable water bottle. If you need to rent a mat or towel we can supply to you a the cost of $2 per mat and $2 per towel. Complimentary water is available as well as bottled water for $2.
