About this class

New to Power Yoga and vinyasa flow? Learn to synchronize breath and movement within the basic vinyasa sequence. Set yourself up for success by learning to practice proper alignment with the use of props including, blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps. Benefits will include stress reduction, greater mental clarity, core stregthening, increased flexibility and balance. NEW CANCELATION POLICY: Clients must cancel themselves out of yoga class online or email the studio 2 hours prior to the start of class: info@thepadstudios.com  All no show will be charged for the class. Thanks for your understanding.

How to prepare

Bring a yoga mat and towel and reusable water bottle. If you need to rent a mat or towel we can supply to you a the cost of $2 per mat and $2 per towel. Complimentary water is available as well as bottled water for $2.

Really liked the instructor. The room itself was cramped. The max number of students for that class should be lowered. Having so many people in a small room took away from the experience. The instructor was great though and super patient.

What is ClassPass?
