Breathe, move, sweat and transform in this full-body, machine based workout. This class is intended for all-levels. Let our experienced instructors take you through a series of exercises that will challenge both beginners and advanced students. Expect to feel stronger, longer and more toned following this Power Pilates class. This class is set to upbeat, contemporary music. *Not intended for pre/postnatal clients. If you are pregnant, please inquire about our prenatal classes *Please note that for classes containing 4 or less students, other apparatuses like Chair & Tower may be incorporated into class. *Cancelation Policy: 24 Hours

How to prepare

Bring a yoga mat and towel and reusable water bottle. If you need to rent a mat or towel we can supply to you a the cost of $2 per mat and $2 per towel. Complimentary water is available as well as bottled water for $2.

How to get there

All classes take place at The Pad Studios at 1694 Union Street. We are located at the corner of Union and Gough, in the bustling Cow Hollow neighborhood. If you are traveling by bus the 45, 47, and 49 lines drop off nearby. If you are traveling by car, Union Street parking is all metered. Travel North or South of Union for 2-hour parking (Monday-Friday). Allow yourself extra time to find parking!

Wish there was less talking during the class - other silence or louder music? Also felt too easy, not enough time on each exercise, and would be nice to have, for example, three different levels on each exercise!

The class wasn’t hard. I did things I could do outside of class. I thought it would be more of a reformer class. Wasn’t for me and wasn’t a challenge. I like going to a reformer class to be challenged on the reformer. I felt like it was just basic stuff I could do on my own without reformer. I finally ask if we could use the straps at least to do legs so we did get to do that for last couple mins.

What is ClassPass?
