About this class

The class is a more simplified, faster paced, 45-minute Dailey Method class that combines periods of high and low intensity movement for optimal cardiovascular results. The heart rate is elevated and brought down throughout the class, while recovery periods are active. The interval training and fun, upbeat music with give you the power and energy to bring your best to the more intense portions of The Dailey Method. Please note due to the fast paced nature and advanced alignment cueing in this class, they recommend all students to have completed 30 TDM classes prior to taking Dailey Interval.

How to prepare

Just bring YOU! Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Preferably not too loose or baggy so teachers are able to see your alignment and form. Socks are required, and you can also purchase grip socks at the studio.

How to get there

The studio is conveniently located in the heart of the Cow Hollow/Marina. This location was the first Dailey Method studio and the first barre of its kind in SF. Founded in 2001, The Dailey Method has now expanded to nearly 70 locations worldwide. Classes maintain their deep roots in traditional and challenging barre, yet are constantly evolving and dynamic in movements and variations. The studio offers three types of class formats: Dailey Barre, Interval (faster paced) and Fusion (an hourlong combination of Barre and Interval)

Nicole had great energy and gave some corrections during class. Was a little hard to see demos because of the layout of the studio, narrow. Workout was fun and definitely will burn tomorrow.

So glad to hear that you loved Nicole's energy. You bring up a good point about it being difficult to see at times. What's helpful is standing near our side mirror - having mirrors on both walls makes visibility better.
