How to prepare

Just bring YOU! Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Preferably not too loose or baggy so teachers are able to see your alignment and form. Socks are required, and you can also purchase grip socks at the studio.

How to get there

The studio is conveniently located in the heart of the Cow Hollow/Marina. This location was the first Dailey Method studio and the first barre of its kind in SF. Founded in 2001, The Dailey Method has now expanded to nearly 70 locations worldwide. Classes maintain their deep roots in traditional and challenging barre, yet are constantly evolving and dynamic in movements and variations. The studio offers three types of class formats: Dailey Barre, Interval (faster paced) and Fusion (an hourlong combination of Barre and Interval)

Dailey Fusion with Kiley
Ive been really enjoying taking classes at this studio! I was in a car accident just a couple weeks ago and this has been one of the few group classes I feel I can safely do while still getting in a good workout! Thanks to Kiley and all the awesome instructors for providing modifications and helpful feedback.
Dailey Fusion with Peri
Wow! Ive been going to Dailey Method for months (perhaps a year by now?) and had never taken Peris class. I was so impressed!! She gave us tough but uncomplicated moves that were easy to follow but challenging to do. She was upbeat, encouraging, and gave great alignment feedback. Love it!!
Dailey Fusion with Peri
Way too crowded. Impossible to do the moves correctly without hitting other people. Not enough space at the bar for everyone. Clearly classes should be capped at a much lower number of participants.

So hard!
Dailey Fusion with Denny
Denny was a great instructor, really appreciated attention to form for ab portions. Definitely toughest on the abs, arms portion was a little short which was fine with me. I will say to be careful if youre a runner, I found my hips and knees were hurting a bit after ages

Dailey Fusion with Megan
