This was a fun alternative to my normal workout routine. The atmosphere was very casual and loose, which was very welcoming to newbies. Definitely felt this workout the next day.

Really fun to jump on trampolines again! Nice class, non judgmental. You can make it is hard or easy as you want which was nice. Range of ages from 14-50s. Will go back again!
