CORE Barre Code class held in a 95-degree F room! A full-body workout consisting of isometric holds, light weight, and heavy repetitions, working muscles to fatigue to develop muscle stamina and endurance. The heat aids in detoxifying the body and elevating the heart rate, providing an intense, sweaty experience. A mat is required. [not recommended for pregnant clients]

How to prepare

Come dressed to move! They recommend wearing comfortable clothes. Socks are required for all non-heated classes, and yoga mats are required for all heated classes. They do have rental mats available at the studio for a small fee, along with towels and bottles of water. Lockers will be provided at no additional charge.

How to get there

They are located in Fishers. Take 116th Street going East to Cumberland Road (turn left), at the next light 121st Street (turn right), Fishers Ridge entrance will be the 3rd entrance on left. They are located in the same building as Skyzone and Sparta. Drive in - they are located at suite 121.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on.
