About this class
Our cardio-intensive experience designed to keep your heart rate elevated throughout class. The fast paced and full-body movements maintain high-intensity with a dose of sweat to boost endorphins and release toxins in your body. Our choreography is delivered with an element of surprise to help you not only sculpt a stronger body but also sharpen your mental focus. Mix in 1 or 2 Bar Move classes each week for variety and an aerobic kick!

How to prepare
1. New students must arrive 15 mins early 2. Socks and pants required (no shorts) 3. Only non-breakable water containers allowed 4. No gum or cell phones 5. Instructors may adjust your body or call your name out in class 6. Pregnant students (new) must take prenatal class or DVD. Returning students should have a doctor’s note
