About this class

The Bar Method is a one-hour total body workout comprised of muscle strengthening and stretching techniques partially performed at the ballet bar, strategically choreographed and executed to music. The system is designed to create a uniquely lean, firm, sculpted body by combining the muscle-shaping principles of isometrics, the body-elongating practice of ballet dance conditioning, the science of physical therapy and the intense pace of interval training.

1.New students must arrive 15 mins early 2.Socks and pants required (no shorts) 3.Only non-breakable water containers allowed 4.No gum or cell phones 5.Instructors may adjust your body or call your name out in class 6.Pregnant students (new) must take prenatal class or DVD. Returning students should have a doctor’s note

Katelyn was a gracious instructor. She was kind and encouraging to this newbie who was waaaaaasy out of her comfort zone. The Epsom salts as a parting gift was a nice touch of personalization.

Glenda made it fun or at least more fun. I work our almost every day, and this was definitely challenging! I will definitely be back to this studio. Glenda helped me throughout class since it was my first time! Very clean.

What is ClassPass?
