About this class

Full Body Conditioning combining cardio drills & body sculpting resistance training. There are varying fitness levels that join these trainings, and part of the trainer's job to is to quickly show variations of exercises from light, to moderate, to crazy intense. It's you vs. you, so intense for one person might be a lunge with no weight and with 20lb weights from another. You pick the weight, the box height, the band strength, etc. (with our guidance of course)... so that changes the workout a lot right there. The trainings are so good because you get personal attention with a small group, but you get a great rate and a team environment. The idea is to hit every major muscle group, including core, while keeping the heart rate up the entire hour so you stay in your fat burning zone. This way you're getting the benefits of strength training and cardio all in one workout.

I appreciated how the instructor gave feedback regarding how to perform the exercises properly verses getting a workout in during our (the participants) time. Great workout!

Great class every week is something new and always challenging. Bethany is really motivating and full of energy.

The instructor was super sweet and friendly, as were the other members. I can see how many people would like this class, but I don't think it was a great fit for me. We did ~45 minutes of dumbbell exercises followed by 10 minutes or so of TRX. The instructor played slow R&B music. I personally prefer more circuit type training and upbeat music, but this class might be great for a beginner or someone looking for a more low to moderate intensity workout.
Boot Camp with Rebecca
This class is a way to supercharge your weekend. It's a mix of medicine ball, free weights and core work on the mat. Got my heart pumping a few minutes into class and heart rate stayed up through most of class. Definitely got a great workout. Feel accomplished for the weekend.

What is ClassPass?
