About this class

PILOXING Barre utilizes the same fundamental disciplines (Pilates & Boxing) as PILOXING. In this game-changing program, PILOXING goes to the BARRE. Using a ballet barre for stability and resistance in this 45-minute cardio program, you lengthen, you strengthen and you box your heart out! Happy joints, strong muscles, healthy hearts; that is PILOXING Barre! Barrefoot training preferred.

Greta all around workout. But Id like to slow it down for the new comers. I feel like I didnt know what I was doing 1/2 the time.

I really enjoyed his workout and plan on coming again. I would ask that the trainer help some of the new people a little more. The class is fast paced and some of the moves if not done correctly, would not strengthen the desired muscle groups. I had hurt myself in the past by rushing barre moves and not understanding the true form.

How to get there

They are located in Northeast Minneapolis in the RED BRICK of the old Grain Belt Brewery Complex. You may park in this parking lot or on the street. The front door is circled. When you enter the building, go straight down the hall. Their doorway is towards the end of the hall on the left. You may also go through the coffee shop, entrance on 13th, if it's open during your class.

What is ClassPass?
