Get funky with fun dance moves, find balance with pilates, and build power with boxing. Piloxing helps you burn maximum calories and build lean muscle mass. This class was really fun, but not the greatest workout ever. The weighted gloves aren't provided or even rented, so you do have to purchase before class if you want to use them. Ultimately though it was a fun class and a reasonably good sweat.

Erika is AMAZING! I'd definitely take a class with her again. The class was mostly boxing style with a tiny bit of dance and pilates thrown in. Erika recommended no weighted gloves for the first class but I found myself wishing I'd asked to borrow them anyway. The class was fun and aerobic but not all that challenging. A lot of regulars were wearing grippy socks but I didn't have mine and didn't feel like I needed them.

How to get there

They are located in Northeast Minneapolis in the RED BRICK of the old Grain Belt Brewery Complex. You may park in this parking lot or on the street. The front door is circled. When you enter the building, go straight down the hall. Their doorway is towards the end of the hall on the left. You may also go through the coffee shop, entrance on 13th, if it's open during your class.

What is ClassPass?
