DRAKEDOWN at Steele Creek Boot Camp
About this class
A 45-minute group training session with Drake Franklin. These workouts vary from day to day including strength training, HIIT, Tabata, resistance training and body conditioning. The role of a strength and conditioning is to use exercise prescription specifically to improve performance in athletic competition. Strength and conditioning also helps athletes with injury prevention and proper mechanics within their sports performances. It is about more than lifting weights – it encompasses the entire development of the athlete and what is needed to improve physical performance.

3415 Westinghouse Boulevard Suite 10 Coming from South Tryon you will turn left immediately over the railroad tracks and go straight until you have to turn right. They are located at the back of the complex. Coming from Steele Creek you will turn right immediately before crossing the railroad crossing. Go strait into the gated area until you have to turn right. Located at the back of the building.
