It was nice to have an intimate group. Our instructor Heidi was very knowledgeable, great with injury prevention or adapting if someone had an injury, and was both challenging, encouraging and technically sound! Would go again hands down!

Cool studio with lots of options. Lift, squat, jump was a great workout. Nathaniel was an attentive and knowledgeable instructor making sure I always had the correct form.

Good variety of exercises, great trainer. There was another class (a kickboxing/pad work style) that was happening at the same time and it was a bit distracting to have the yelling/noise come from that class while ours was going on.

Found it went by fast... Which is a good thing! Could've been a bit more 1-1 attention on technique but overall it was fun!
