About this class

Athletic yoga (JOGA) combined with relaxation & breathing. In this class you will focus on spinal alignment and mobility to renew the body’s center of balance. Lastly, you will use unique breathing techniques to balance the left and right brain function. This brain balance regulates mental focus and sleep patterns, creating harmony between all systems of the body.

This was amazing! Very challenging, and then there is access to the spa after ????
This is the best class at JW! Challenging and excellent for strength building!
It ended up being a 1:1 class, and it was a great workout! Awesome feedback through class re:alignment and breathing, and it was a fun yoga experience.
Surprise one-on-one class! Teacher was excellent and made the intimate class not weird. Access to the hotel spa steam room, sauna and showers was an amazing plus that I will go out of my way to visit.
