About this class

Want to know a dancer's secret to a strong, lean body?  Dancers challenge their bodies with a combination of cardiovascular work, muscle strengthening, and proper nutrition.  In Barre7, you'll get all three, a cardio challenge, specific lean-muscle-focused movements to sculpt and strengthen the legs, glutes and abs, and you'll leave with an inspiration for the week!  Barre blends ballet with yoga and pilates to create a one-of-a-kind workout! Try Barre7 as a part of a cross-training program focused on a happy and healthy, radiant body, mind and soul!  All experience levels welcome.  Modifications provided.

Not a friendly or welcoming studio. Little amenities and cleanliness was subpar. I did not feel challenged compared to other barre classes I've been to and was bored during the class.

Instructor wasn't motivating or positive and the music was low. Was a good sweat but really boring.

This class focuses on ballet moves and keeping your movements sharp and disciplined in order to feel a workout.

Class was good. Instructor wasn't very friendly and didn't seem like a people person. Made the class kinda uncomfortable. Otherwise the class itself was good

Rachel was great! Perfect combination of pushing us to do better yet being supportive. Fun class that was more ballet focused than other barre classes, but I think this made it more fun! I don't have any training in dance but was able to follow along with the moves pretty well, so don't be intimidated by the dance factor. It's fun pretending to be a ballerina for an hour!

Julie is the best instructor I've ever had. It was a great workout. I wish I could give it six stars! She's so inspirational and filled with knowledge. It was a challenging yet achievable workout. Highly recommend this class to everyone.

This is VERY ballet based which I personally loved but a lot of the class struggled with. I wish the instructor would have given more corrections. I was hard to see people who called themselves regulars doing things incorrect. This is mostly legs and glutes with little arms and abs.
