About this class

Advanced Boot Camp Class: VERY IMPORTANT...USE THE ADDRESS LISTED BELOW...DO NOT GO TO THE OCEANFRONT WALK LOCATION DISPLAYED ABOVE!!!! This is a super-challenging evening workout in a park setting. This workout is all about variety and functional movements. Expect high volume HIIT, Supra-Maximal Interval Training, running bases, pushups, sprints, bands, and more. Come join our fitness family and get stronger, faster, and healthier. This is a VERY challenging class, but all levels of fitness are welcome. You can expect to burn about 800 calories. Bring some water and a sweat towel. Oh, and bring some determination along with a great attitude! Location: Penmar Recreation Center 1341 Lake St, Venice, CA Meet at the bleachers by the NE baseball diamond Free parking on Rose Ave and all other side streets. If you get lost, call 239-822-8447, and Sabertooth Fitness will guide you to the location.

How to prepare

Check class description for the class location...we have multiple locations!! Please wear clothing that is comfortable to move in. Bring water, a sweat towel, and good reason. Running shoes are great for the track workout, but cross trainers work for all of the workouts. The beach sessions can be performed in bare feet, shoes, or sand socks. If you are going to eat before training...try to get your last bite in about 90 minutes prior to the start of your class.
