About this class

Rise and grind--start your day the Sabertooth way! Sabertooth Fitness puts on an intense and fun 60-minute Boot Camp of HIIT/SMIT, Tabata-style body weight routines with some resistance band training, coupled with Active Recovery, and an intense challenge at the end of the session. The sand provides a lot of resistance so you should expect for this to be the TOUGHEST class that you have experienced. Speed, strength, and confidence are the typical side effects of this challenging boot camp. Come join our Fitness Family and unlock your inner athlete! You only need to bring your sweat towel, some fresh water, a good reason to get fit, and a bunch of determination. Sabertooth Fitness will provide everything else. On the Waterfront Cafe is the nearest business to the location. You will meet at or very near the Lifeguard Tower out on the beach (Navy Tower/Tower 30), which is in line with Navy Court. The closest street address for your GPS would be 134 Ocean Front Walk. If you get lost, call 239-822-8447, and they will guide you to the location. Parking...If you come a little early, there is usually free parking on the side streets.

How to prepare

Check class description for the class location...we have multiple locations!! Please wear clothing that is comfortable to move in. Bring water, a sweat towel, and good reason. Running shoes are great for the track workout, but cross trainers work for all of the workouts. The beach sessions can be performed in bare feet, shoes, or sand socks. If you are going to eat before training...try to get your last bite in about 90 minutes prior to the start of your class.

Sabertooth Fitness hosts outdoor boot camps throughout the West Side of Los Angeles area. Check class description for the class location. Free parking is generally available at all locations. Text or call 239-822-8447 for directions if you have trouble finding the class.
